Ingredients
Scale:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
Whipped cream for garnish
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture is evenly moistened.
Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish to form an even layer and place it in the refrigerator to set for about 30 minutes.
While the crust is setting, prepare the cream layer by beating the heavy whipping cream in a large mixing bowl until soft peaks form.
Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract while continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
Once the crust is firm, spread the whipped cream mixture evenly over the crust.
Arrange the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries on top of the cream layer.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Before serving, add dollops of whipped cream on top for extra flair.
