  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, 1/2 cup ketchup, onion, eggs, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, oregano, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix gently with your hands until just combined.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture to a lightly greased loaf pan and press down gently to shape.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar until well combined.
  5. Spread a generous layer of the glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
  6. Place the meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  7. Once cooked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
