Ingredients
Scale:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans, optional)
Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 350°F or 175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together until well blended.
In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients: melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk. Stir until fully combined.
Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
If adding toppings, fold them into the batter at this point.
Prepare a baking pan that fits on your grill and grease it lightly.
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
Place the pan on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Once done, remove the pan from the grill and allow it to cool for about 10 minutes before cutting into bite-sized pieces.
Sprinkle powdered sugar over the top before serving, if desired.
