Ingredients

- ½ cup vegetable oil

- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup chocolate frosting
- White chocolate melts (for decorating)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 large egg (for cookies)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (for cookies)
- White icing (for decoration)
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
- 2 cups assorted berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup granola
- Honey or agave syrup (to taste)
Instructions
- For Chocolate Football Cupcakes:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
- Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Add eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract; beat for 2 minutes.
- Stir in boiling water until just combined.
- Pour into cupcake liners and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Cool and frost with chocolate frosting; decorate with melted white chocolate.
- For Peanut Butter Cookie Footballs:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
- Roll into balls and place on baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball with a fork and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Decorate with white icing.
- For Fruit and Yogurt Parfaits:
- In a glass, layer Greek yogurt, mixed berries, and granola.
- Repeat layers and top with honey or agave syrup.
