12 large jalapeños
8 oz creamy brie cheese
1 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Sliced green onions (for garnish)
Extra blueberries (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice each jalapeño in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the brie cheese, fresh blueberries, honey, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Generously fill each jalapeño half with the blueberry-brie mixture.
