  1. Cook the lasagna noodles: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes, until they are al dente. Drain the noodles and lay them flat on a clean kitchen towel to prevent sticking.
  2. Prepare the chicken mixture: In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Make the garlic sauce: In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer and let it cook for 4-5 minutes. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
