  1. Prepare the Slow Cooker: Spray the inside of your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray or use a liner for easy cleanup.
  2. Layer the Ingredients: Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker. Season them with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add Rice and Vegetables: Pour the uncooked rice evenly over the chicken. Add the frozen mixed vegetables on top of the rice.
  4. Mix the Sauce: In a separate bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth. Stir until well mixed.
